I feel so blessed that not one, but two of my best buddies from high school called me up to schedule sessions for when they were in town over the holidays. (Actually, it was three, but I had to cancel one due to the ice storm. Sorry, C!) This buddy and her family call Colorado home now, which was our saving grace because is was FREEZING on the day we had scheduled it. Being the nice person I am, I made them shed their coats for the sake of art…outside! I figured that it was almost shorts weather for them given their new locale. Ha ha! It was great to see them again. I wish that they still lived in Oklahoma, but if I keep this up, hopefully I’ll get to see them around Thanksgiving for annual photos. It’s my sneaky way of making an excuse to get to see them every year.
